Bonanarchy Convention 2001
In September of this year (Labor Day weekend) I had the privilege of attending another Bonanza mini-Convention that was being held at the Sportsmen's Lodge in the San Fernando Valley near Los Angeles, CA.  I saw several old friends and made many new ones.  It was lots of fun!
I worked with David on the script "Rose For Lotta" pilot episode of Bonanza.  Three weeks before production began there was a whole office of people spending late nights (sometimes till 3 in the morning) to ensure we started on schedule.
Here I am hugging David Dortort (Creator of Bonanza).  I hadn't seen him in over 35 years.  It was wonderful to see him again!
Cheryl, me and Nancy Greene (wife of Lorne Greene) posing for a picture.
Me, Betty Rose (wife of David Rose the composer) and Linda Blankenship.

Linda provided me with these pictures and also had been my escort during the Bonanza Convention in 1999.
David, Rose (David's wife) and me.
Cheryl, me and David taking a picture.  I was sharing with him the article that the Daily Press had written about my association with Bonanza.  He was impressed.
